	Express Scripts is the BlueCross Partner for our discount drug card plan. You may request a login ID (from the website) to access on-line services that will allow you to view your progress towards deductibles, drug information, pricing, and related services
	Louisiana Dental Plan is a Discount Preferred Provider Network providing discount vision, hearing, chiropractic, massage and various other benefits.
